Spooky Science at Chabot Space & Science Center

Spend your Halloweekend at Chabot! Trick or Treat across the universe and enjoy some ooey-gooey spooky science! Join us for a variety of fun and family-friendly Halloween activities including a Spooky Science Lab, the Pumpkin Elevator Engineering Challenge, and more! Wear a costume, get some candy, and learn more about physics, biology, engineering, and, of course, outer space. Timed activities will include a Pumpkin Drop from Chabot’s roof at 1:30 pm, and the grand premiere of a new short film about our hunt for dark matter, followed by a live panel Q&A with scientists from the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory at 2:30 pm.
