City Kids Family Fair is a FREE event featuring games, activities, free books, diapers and fresh produce* and early education resources! The 10th Annual City Kids Family Fair is a fun, family-friendly event that showcases many of the early care and education programs and services available to San Francisco families through Children’s Council of San Francisco and many other community organizations. Looking for child care or preschool for your child? City Kids is the perfect place to start! City Kids is free but you still need to register/get a (free) ticket. We will celebrate outdoors, rain or shine.
